Items that are damaged in transit may be eligible for replacement or refund pending proper documentation of damage.
To return a product, please send us an at returns@followtherabbitgifts.com that includes your order number, item being returned, and reason for return/refund/exchange. If your return is approved, we will email you a return shipping label. Please use the original shipping package if possible. We will send a confirmation email once we have received your returned item(s) and notify you when a refund or replacement has been issued.
