Whether you are personalizing a product already listed in the shop or dreaming up something new, custom orders are created with care, time, and attention to detail.
Custom Orders may include:
- Color changes to existing shop items
- Personalized wording, names, dates, or phrases
- Custom invitations, signs, labels, shirts, totes, decals, magnets, and party décor
- Custom jewelry designs
- Custom apparel designs
- Made-to-order versions of products shown in the shop
How the Custom Order Process Works
From the first twinkle of an idea, to the final cherished moment.
- Submit Your Request
● Complete the custom order request form below with as many details as possible. The more information you provide, the easier it is to determine whether the request can be accepted.
● Custom orders require a minimum production lead time of 7 business days and production timelines begin only after all required details, payment, and any applicable proof approvals have been received. Some orders may take longer depending on the item, quantity, materials, complexity, and current order volume. Your estimated production lead time and shipping time will be included in your initial quote. (*Please note that shipping time is separate from production time and any delays after the order leaves our shop are out of our control.) - Pay the $25 Deposit
● A deposit of $25 is required to submit a custom order request. The deposit will be applied to your final order total. No design work, price quote, or personalized review will begin until the deposit has been received.
● Once the deposit is received, your request will be reviewed to determine whether it can be completed. If all custom request spots are full, your request may be waitlisted or declined. If your request cannot be accepted due to availability, materials, timeline, design limitations, or shop capacity, your deposit will be refunded. - Receive Your Quote
● If your request can be completed, you will receive a quote with the estimated total, including tax and shipping, remaining balance after deposit adjustment, estimated lead time, and any other important order details.
● You will have 3 business days to accept the quote. If you chose not to accept the quote, the order will be canceled and the deposit will be forfeited.
● If there is no response either to accept or decline after 5 business days from the date the quote is sent, the request will be canceled and the deposit will be forfeited. If you still want the custom item after cancellation, you will need to resubmit your request and pay a new $25 deposit. - Review Your Proof, If Applicable
● For printed items, a digital proof will be provided for approval before production begins. You will have 5 business days to approve the proof or request revisions. One revision is included with your order. Additional revisions may be requested for $5 each unless the revision is needed due to our error. You will have an additional 5 business days to review any subsequent revisions if your timeline allows. If there is no response to approve the proof or request revisions after 7 business days, your order may be delayed or canceled.
- Approve the Quote and Finalize Payment
● Once the quote and proof, if applicable, are approved, the remaining balance must be paid in full before the item enters production.
● After payment is received, production begins and the order cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded. - Production Is Complete!
● When your order has been completed, you will receive an email letting you know that your item is being processed for shipment. You will be sent any relevant tracking information so make sure to check your spam and promotions folders.

Limited Custom Order Spots
● Custom orders are accepted in limited numbers so each piece can be made with the attention it deserves.
● If custom order spots are open, your request will be reviewed after your deposit is received.
● If custom order spots are full, you may be notified that your request has been placed on a waitlist. Waitlisted requests are handled in the order they are received whenever possible.
● If your timeline cannot be met, the materials are unavailable, or the request is outside the shop’s current capabilities, your request may be declined and your deposit will be refunded.
● Being placed on the waitlist does not guarantee that the order will be accepted. Once a spot becomes available, your request will be reviewed and you will be contacted with next steps.
Custom items are created specifically for you. By submitting a custom order request and paying the deposit, you agree to the following terms:
● A $25 deposit is required when the request is submitted. This deposit will be applied to the final order total.
● If your request cannot be accepted due to availability, materials, timeline, design limitations, or shop capacity, your deposit will be refunded.
● No design work, price quote, or personalized review will begin until the deposit has been received.

● If your request is accepted for review, you will receive a quote for the order.
● You will have 3 business days to approve the quote.
● If there is no response after 5 business days from the date the quote is sent, the request will be canceled and the deposit will be forfeited.
● If a canceled custom item is still wanted, the custom order process must be started again and a new $25 deposit must be paid.
● For printed items, a digital proof will be provided for approval before production.
● One revision is included. Additional revisions may be requested for $5 each.
● Once the proof is approved, the order enters production and cannot be canceled or refunded.
● By approving your proof, you accept responsibility for all design details, including spelling, dates, names, colors, wording, and layout.
● Custom order timelines begin only after all required details, payment, and proof approvals have been received.
What to Include in Your Request
Please include as many details as possible when submitting your request. Helpful details include:
For custom versions of existing shop items:
- Product name or product link
- Quantity needed
- Preferred colors
- Names, dates, phrases, or wording
- Size, if applicable
- Event date, if applicable
- Needed-by date
- Any personalization details
- Any specific changes you want made to the original item
For custom jewelry requests:
- Jewelry type, such as earrings, necklace, pendant, bracelet, or set
- Preferred colors
- Preferred style, such as simple, dramatic, whimsical, gothic, floral, elegant, or playful
- Metal tone preference, such as gold, silver, bronze, or rose gold
- Approximate length or size, if applicable
- Any materials, charms, beads, or themes you would like included
- Any materials you do not want used
For printed items and party décor:
- Event type
- Event date
- Theme or color palette
- Names, dates, times, addresses, or wording needed
- Quantity
- Size preference, if applicable
- Single-sided or double-sided design, if applicable Any matching items you may need, such as invitations, thank you cards, signs, labels, banners, or toppers
For custom apparel requests:
- Apparel type, such as t-shirt, sweatshirt, tote bag, or similar item
- Size and quantity
- Apparel color preference
- Design idea or wording
- Font style preference, if any
- Design color preference
- Placement, such as front, back, pocket area, sleeve, or center chest
- Needed-by date
Have Inspiration Images?
You may upload up to three (3) files as reference images.
Please do not send copyrighted artwork, trademarked characters, or images you do not have permission to use.
Reference images are used for inspiration and direction only. The final design will be created in the style and format appropriate for your order.
How long will my custom order take?
Custom orders require a minimum of 7 business days. Some orders may require additional time depending on:
- Item type
- Design complexity
- Quantity
- Materials needed
- Current order volume
- Revision requests
- Proof approval timing
Your estimated lead time will be included in your initial quote. Rush orders may not always be available.
Production time does not begin until the quote is accepted, any remaining balance is paid, all required details are received, and the proof is approved, if a proof is required.
Proofs & Revisions
For printed items, a digital proof will be sent before production begins. Please review your proof carefully.
Check the following items thoroughly:
- Spelling
- Names
- Dates
- Times
- Addresses
- Colors
- Layout
- Item details
- Quantity
One revision is included with your order. Additional revisions are available for $5 each.
Once your proof is approved, your order enters production. At that point, changes, cancellations, and refunds are no longer available. We are not responsible for any errors after your proof has been approved and entered into production.
What Custom Orders Cannot Include
BEFORE YOU SUBMIT:
To keep custom orders smooth, safe, and legally tidy, some requests may not be accepted.
Custom orders may be declined if they include:
- Copyrighted or trademarked characters, logos, or artwork without permission
- Offensive, hateful, or inappropriate wording or imagery
- Requests that cannot be completed safely or properly
- Materials that are unavailable
- Deadlines that cannot reasonably be met
- Designs that are outside the shop’s current tools, materials, or product offerings
If your request cannot be accepted, you will be notified and the deposit refunded.
