How long does it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping within the continental U.S. typically takes 2–5 business days after your order ships. Please note that this does not include processing or production time for made-to-order items. Holidays and extreme weather can cause delays in shipping times.

Are items ready to ship or made to order?

We have both!

Some items are ready to ship, and others are made to order. Made-to-order items will be noted in the product description.

If an item is in stock, it is ready to ship after normal processing time. An item that is out of stock but available on backorder will be indicated on the product page. You may still place an order, but additional time will be needed before it ships.

Made-to-order and backordered items typically take 5–10 business days before shipping. You’ll receive an email notification once your order ships.

How long do made-to-order items take to create?

Made-to-order items typically take 5-10 business days to create. If an item has a longer lead time, it will be indicated on the product page.

Can I request a rush order?

Rush orders must be request by email prior to purchase. If your request is approved, you will be emailed on invoice for the cost of the item, expedited shipping cost, and a rush order fee of $25.00 plus any applicable tax. Expedited shipping cost will be calculated by the item purchased (oversized, heavy, regular, ect.) plus the requested arrival time (overnight, next day air, ect.). The invoice must be paid in full before the rush order will be put into production.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
